Located near the University of Arizona under the bouffant flower awning, Cry Baby Couture Cosmetics launched in 2004 when University of Arizona student Gabrielle Miller and makeup whiz mom Moni created a full line of boutique cosmetics in their colorful shop. Cry Baby Couture Cosmetics features more than 100 eye shadow shades mixed in store, lip glosses, rouges, and custom foundations. Our eye shadows are made from 100% pure cosmetic grade eye shadow pigment, which gives them an unreal, jewel-like appearance. Like the interior of the shop itself, Cry Baby colors are girly, glamorous, bohemian, and against the customdresses
grain, with a meticulous eye for detail and beauty.

Bubbly Boutique
In 2007, Cry Baby Couture expanded into a hip, off the street contemporary women’s clothing boutique with runway fashion at college girl prices. The store carries au courant party dresses, unique European fashion, and fashion forward shoes and jewels. Many of the designs found at Cry Baby are created in store- from one of a kind, fun party dresses to jeweled headbands made from vintage ribbon and brooches.
